They asked me to come in for an interview as soon as possible. During the interview they made it seem like they wanted to hire someone asap and that I was the best candidate. I had an interview with 4 different people answering the same questions for each person. After my interview, they gave me a "technical exercise" exporting files in different formats. I figured this was the final step before hiring me, but instead I waited 7 weeks with no word. When I contacted them during week 5, they made it sound like I was still in the running.
