Applied online through university. One month later call from HR for screening and interview set-up. Two weeks later phone interview with hiring manager who offered me to do on-site interview with him and two other people, one was a technical expert and the third one with department manager. I did on-site interview with him and the other technical expert. The third interviewer didn't show up! Finally I was offered a co-op the week after on-site interview.

I had a very good interview experience. However, I was challenged two time, once when the detailed questions were asked out my main area of expertise and second time when I was asked very questions about details of a project that I did a few years ago.
