Standard HR phone screen, set up screen with 'hiring' manager. Phone call next day w/hiring manager. Was clear he was currently performing this position's duties as well as others, and was reluctant to give them up. Both contacts mentioned search for this position had been 'restarted' several times after a lack of 'qualified' candidates. Over a dozen dry technical/process questions looking for textbook answers, not interested in context or hearing about real world experiences. Difficult to converse with, dry, very impersonable, gave a very bad impression of position and what it would be like to work for/with them. While the perfect position for my background, I would most likely have turned down working for someone like this, based on experience.
