It was excruciating long. I had over 12 interviews starting with a phone screening then visited the local office for 6 more in two visits. Then unfortunately I made it to the second round which I had to travel to Boston for another 6 interviews. This forced me to use a personal vacation day which was wasted because I didn't get an offer. So after spending over 6 hours in interviews, traveling out of state and countless hours of personal time it was a complete waste of time. They need to really rethink they're antiquated interview process which waste so much of candidates time.
