The session involved a wide range of questions, among them the task of drawing a DIN screw. Curiosity was actively rewarded throughout, creating an engaging atmosphere, and it concluded with a short but insightful tour.
The interview process included an initial HR screening, followed by a technical and behavioral interview with managers. We discussed my academic background, relevant experiences, problem-solving abilities, career goals, and motivation for joining the company.
