Very basic process. Phone screening with hiring manager then on site interview sessions with engineers and managers for 3 hours and HR representative for 20 minutes. Very conversational interviews about previous experience.

Interview was held remote over teams. It was intimate, but had a rotating panel of folks come in and ask questions. I met my boss and a few people that I would end up working with.

Applied online. Got a mail in 3 days from Ithaca,NY. Interview was scheduled next week. Spoke to Manufacturing and continuous improvement manager- 3 people. Very easy interview on resume. Got a reject by the end of the week.
