Three rounds of technical interviews (an architect missed one), followed by a few rounds of interviews with various hiring managers through bait-and-switch processes where they were hiring for roles that didn't actually exist yet (they don't tell you that). Finally, after ten weeks of interviewing and back-and-forth, yet another technical interview with half a dozen people that ultimately led to a rejection letter and no follow-up of any kind after multiple attempts to reach out. An enormous waste of time and profoundly unprofessional. I cannot believe what an utter loss this was. A total crapshow of lies, job swaps, and over-interviewing. If three tech architects can't determine the fitness of a candidate, remove that from the process and save yourself two months!
