Initial interview with a recruiter/screening followed by 4 back to back hour long interviews with different teams to assess "firm fit" and technical skills. Follow on interview with selected team which had greater depth of skill questions.
Awkward, they seemed to want someone quickly to fill a gap in a contract. So they reached out to me, and I interviewed, more as a favor to a friend than anything
