Entrevista
BAH came to campus to perform interviews and hold panel discussions. There were two days of interviews. The first day was a 1:1, if you impressed the interviewer you were asked back for the next day to be interviewed by a principal 1:1. The interviews were not very technical. They asked questions about current economic conditions, thoughts about monetary policy in the U.S., current events etc.

What do you think about the U.S. current monetary policy?
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
