I was interviewed by several members of the branch. One member asked about my experiences in order to find the best team to match me with. My other interviews felt like conversations where we discussed my resume and how consulting works. The HR department was very good about keeping me in the loop throughout the process.

The process was simple I interviewed via Zoom and the interview questions consisted of questions about personality and work habits. However, after I accepted the offer, they made me the company completely ghosted me and would not return my phone calls or emails. I never heard back from them again and I don’t know why. I also had someone from career source visit their location to see if there was some kind of misunderstanding and the hiring manager acted like they didn’t know who I was.

I had three interviews; two with a recruiter and one interview in person with two managers. One was more technical and the second was more behavioral. Overall smooth process. Took about 2-3 weeks altogether.
