Incredibly wrong and difficult process. Communication was challenging and referrals didn't seem to make their way to recruiters. I have sent multiple resumes to the team for review and the time from submission to interview to hire is very long.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
