Not great. Area Director and Program Director focused on my previous work history from years ago at a Christian camp (though I am no longer religious and was told this was NOT a Christian organization, so that was uncomfortable). Not the best interview experience and I should have turned down the job offer when they offered a 25k/year salary for a full time position.

First, there is a phone call with a hiring staff or recruiter, an initial interview, and then a second interview that involves making a presentation. The follow up after the interviews was a zoom call.
