Took 4 interviews and it was based on behavioral questions.
The most disappointing thing was that they hired/promoted someome who also took part in one of my interviews, so I really cannot rely on their evaluating process, it’s not ethical at all. And another interviewer was not listening to what i was saying, was too distracted and got the sense that since they have an appointed candidate in their mind, they were just completing the sessions for “ticking the box”
On the other hand, my hr partner was actually good and friendly, but again she only reverted me on the outcome when i chased for an update.
Overall, the hiring process was too time consuming, and I will never apply for another role within booking.com
