The HR contact was nice and she pushed things along to each stage. First round was a panel interview with two people. Second was with the line manager. I had to chase for a response. And when you do, you typically know it is not going to happen. I only by chance saw whom they hired on Linkedin. Which was a person with half the years experience than me and who at face value was probably paid alot less than I was asking. I can't believe I lost this opportunity due to lack of experience. As I have alot of it. And it certainly was not down to ability or prescence in payments. As I have written articles of payments. I just wish recruiters are more honest and open.
