First was phone interview with recruiter, second chatting with two partnership managers, and finally an in person with two managers in the NYC office. Overall I did not think I got the job since they only asked surface questions, but I did and accepted it.

Wow. On every aspect from the recruiter to meeting the managers. The original recruiter was absolutely amazing. She even went as far as prepping me prior to my one on two interview with the managers. They kept in constant contact in the event you had questions. Wonderful experience!
