I was approached via LinkedIn and after sending through my CV, was asked in for an informal chat with the Head of Brand and Head of Content. It was a good match in terms of my skill set and salary expectations. I was invited to an interview and provided with three tasks - this really opened up the job opportunity for me and gave me a real sense of what the job and role would involve. I actually thoroughly enjoyed taking on the tasks and presented my ideas to the wider team.
