I applied, and then got an email to arrange an interview. I interviewed with the store manager. He liked me and then the lead guide to make sure I would be a good fit. It was overall a very easy process.

Over zoom, straightforward and informative. Asked about experience. Explains how the store model is. Prefers individuals with a background in customer service. Was a good interview, very friendly and good company culture.
