Worked as temp and asked to be full time. This was a very long time ago to remember the process. Do not remember the interview process over 4 years ago.
Three round interview process. First two were over the phone. One was with HR, the next call was with the Director. Third was an in person panel interview. Took over 3 months, and in the end I did not get an offer.
