Overall terrible experience with HR. After I submitted my application I was contacted within a few days by a recruiter. We set up a time to talk over the phone and everything went smoothly, I was set up for an interview the following week for a position on a brand new floor that they will need to fully staffed by the end of this year. Later that evening I got a message from the recruiter asking to reschedule my interview for another day that week due to the manager being on PTO. This was around 3 pm and I was in another interview. By the time I got out it was past business hours so I would message her the next day in the morning. That night, at TWELVE THIRTY AM I got an email from the same woman saying they have decided to pursue other candidates with no explanation. #1 it is highly inappropriate to contact someone in a professional manner at 12:30 AM. #2 the reason for my being dropped as a candidate makes no sense. I am a very reasonable and kind person and understand that roles fill up , however we jumped from “needing to staff a whole unit and the manager has full availability to interview any day” to deciding the role is not for me within a matter of a few hours is definitely weird. I requested any kind of clarification (I guess I no longer have an interview and do not need to reschedule..?)and was never contacted. Maybe this was an unfortunate one time experience, and however beware of this if considering applying here.

The interview started with HR phone call i review and then another zoom interview was with the department manager, supervisors and any available team nurse. A lot was focused on my experience and what I would do in certain situations. It was a calm and inviting and everyone was nice and not intimidating.
