The interview process for Bombas was great from end to end. The communication was quick & organized, and I always felt connected and supported throughout by their people team. I had an initial phone call with a talent recruiter, then a second phone call with the manager for the position. The final steps were two virtual interviews with various team members. Everybody was very nice and asked thoughtful questions.
