The interview process was simple for the first round at Bombas. I had a phone interview with someone from HR, but it wasn’t the best. The interview started 10 minutes late so the HR person told me we’ll try to rush through everything since I have a meeting right after. My 30 minutes phone call turned into a 20 minute call. I felt like I didn’t get the most fair interview, everything felt rushed , but I felt like things were going well and he said he’d be back in touch with me. Instead of getting in touch I got an email from greenhouse saying they went with someone else which i think is rude and informal for a company to do considering they’re supposed to care so much about their employees. I know with my experience I could’ve been a great match for this position. They “went with someone else” yet almost a month later the job is still posted
