The process was standard:
1. Introduction interview with HR, where they explained what the position involves and what the conditions are
2. Art test (no time limit, which was good, as I was still working at another job at the time and had to find time in my schedule)
3. Interview with the department lead (final, more below)
4. Offer (sent a couple of days after the interview)
5. Signing the contract (two weeks after the interview, as I assume employment is preferable at the beginning of the month)
