applied a month and a half ago- phone screen followed by panel interview. The interviewers said they'd get back to me in a couple weeks. The panel members were very welcoming and genuine.

How this job is aligned with your long term career goals.
STAR method, direct questions, 3 interviewers with hiring manager. Virtual, one interview. Got back to me in about ten days. Questions were standard behavioral and technical questions. Interviewers were friendly and polite. Interview ended on time as intended.
Tough but fair, they are an okay company that is working through some thing. I think it is a good company overall, I would consider applying again if needed. I think again, that is is a good overall company.
