It was very formal and informative. I had time to prep for it. You will sit with a group of people virtually and they will ask you questions on experiences or to “describe a scenario” question

Entrevista
Interview using the STAR Process which is standard for The Boeing Company. Requires telling the beginning, middle and end to each situation per question. Number of questions range from five to eight per interview session.
