Applied online. Made it through the first round then if you are determined to be a good candidate you are scheduled for a phone interview. Fairly straightforward process. Phone interview is essentially a review of your resume and uses the STAR approach. Make sure you know your resume very well.

Explain a time where you had to deal with a difficult group member
quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
