Was structured phone interview, there were at least 3 interviewers present on the other side of the line. interview took almost 50 minutes. I was in Russia at the time interview took place, and due to time difference it was well after midnight in Moscow. The connection was not very good either. I don't remember all questions, but the hardest ones were about dealing with conflicts in multicultural environment. I wasn't ready to provide any examples and stumbled there. The technical questions went well and it seemed the interviewers (or at least two of them ) were satisfied. About a month after the interview I received an e-mail from the HR person stating that that they selected another person for the position.
