The in-person interview was quick with a panel of 3 people. They asked me questions that seemed to have the title of the job awkwardly placed in it. All of the questions had to be answered with the STAR format. Situation, Task, Action, and Results.

Tell me a time when you had to use your methods process analyst skills to solve a problem.
Call for an hour and 2 people will interview for an hour about your experiences and your complete background. They will tell you about the role and will expect you to understand what the role basically is.

Typical STAR method format. Talk about situation, task, accomplishment, and processes. For example, tell me about a time where you had to work to convince difficult person. Or tell me about situation where you made mistake.

Entrevista
It was a webex interview without having the videos turned on which I thought was pointless; might as well have a speaker phone interview. Wasn’t sure who’s end but there was a couple communication issues on it too. Had to answer everything in star method which is borderline frustrating because I’ll answer their question but not in the format they necessarily they want it in. It’s unfortunate bigger companies are starting to do this now. It was difficult to know whether I was providing good answers since I could not see their facial expressions. Honestly, if you plan on going into a Boeing interview, expect the unexpected.
