A complete waste of time! They basically do a structured interview even for technical positions, so even if you have semi-decent communication skills, you can get through. Don't be fooled when they ask for your documents or payslips after clearing all rounds, this guarantees nothing on the job front. The HRs are slow and simply ineffective. They sort of vanish after collecting your documents without bothering to provide any useful information. With this lack of professionalism and un-intuitive hiring process, I wonder how rapidly their brand name is going to suffer. The hiring process is a farce, don't expect anything at any point to save some disappointment.

The interview process generally begins with an application review, followed by one or more interviews designed to evaluate relevant skills, experience, and role fit. Depending on the position, the process may also include technical, behavioral, or situational assessments.
