Entrevista
Firstly you have to match your resume and the job requirement you apllied for, and then you have to apply the selected job on the company website www.boeing.com/careers. If you are selected to be interviewed, then an HR officer will contact you to set an interview appointment on a certain date and time, usually by phone or teleconference. You will be interviewed by at least two managers, and it will take between 30 to 60 minutes long.

Entrevista
First held a phone panel interview with several structural engineer managers. They asked a variety of by the book behavioral questions as well as some regular structures questions. Later on I was asked some FEM questions. The panel interview is very unnerving and they seem to want to see how you react under pressure.
