They asked why I wanted to work there, what qualities make me a good fit, what locations I preferred to work at, and which area (military or commercial) do I prefer. It was 25 minutes long, and the last five minutes they gave me time to ask three questions.

For the 1st round of interview, it was virtual. I recorded myself answering questions. Questions were standard interview questions focusing on how I would handle different situations. I researched and practiced beforehand. Then during the recording session, I got to record several takes.

environment.
The first interview was online and super fun. They had me answer 5 random questions and play 3 games. Super engaging. You have 3 days to complete the interview and it gets submitted for the recruiting team to go over it.
