The BoardSource interview process is very in depth. I had several different interviews over a series of a few days with different staff totaling about 4 hours of interview time overall. Far from making me uncomfortable or feeling excessive, they were so good with scheduling that they made it easy to come in and made me feel like they were really taking me seriously as a candidate for the position.
