Phone screened first by an internal recruiter. They do give you feedback on the interview afterwards, but they were clearly looking for someone who gushed about the company. I felt like a lot of the questions were things that typically get asked when you get brought in.

Learned about the opportunity through Creative Circle. Overall, was excited to talk with the folks at Boa. There were two people in the 30 minute interview. One was kind and pleasant to chat with the other typed during the scheduled time. The multi-tasking after 10-15 minutes let me know they were not interested and I wish I would have had the guts to end the interview right then. That type of behavior says a lot about the culture and their respect for others.
