I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and set up a phone screen. After that, I did a coding challenge. Despite being told I needed to have the coding challenge finished by Monday, the recruiter frantically texted and emailed me at 6PM on a Friday to ask if I had it finished. An hour later he asked me if I was giving up on the interview process because I didn't respond. When I sent my solution over, he asked me the next day to send all of my code in a Microsoft Word document, rather than in a typical text file. After this, I set up a second interview, which was delayed three days at the last second. This second interview was fairly pleasant. I spoke to a director and we talked a lot about our hobbies, but it was difficult to get a word in. I received a rejection notice shortly after.

It was Easy. They looking for people who can create something amazing, new big thing :) Another very important topic is a cultural fit. Blueprint is very unique company and their employees treat each other like a family members.
