Entrevista
So far I have had 2 interviews. Each interview was one day apart.
I applied online via Indeed for a Store Manager position and was contacted to come in the next day. I didn't see the message until the next day but the district manager was extremely flexible with me. I met with her a few hours later and we discussed back and forth about my experience. We also talked about blue mercury and all that the company has to offer which lasted about an hour. All in all, that interview was successful.
I had a second interview which was an interactive interview where I did a full face of makeup on the district manager.
I believe I did well and we discussed throughout the whole process each step that I was doing. I feel pretty confident.
I am told I will be contacted within the next few days so that is what I am waiting on.

Entrevista
I had my initial phone screen with HR which kicked off on time. HR told me that my next interview would be in person a week later, I had to follow up via email to see if the interview was going to happen. When I got my interview day in the store I was told I'd receive communication in a week for a final decision, but I had to follow up for an update. I ended up having a 3rd interview that was pretty quick and was told I'd receive a final update within a week but never received a response.

A phone call going over hours, duties salary/ commission structure. The normal questions, the interview overall was not difficult but the pay structure and reviews of the company are not favorable.
