I have applied via email. Received response after the app deadline. Communication was okay until the interview took place, then they didn't contact me in 2 weeks as promised. I had to chase them several times just to find out the outcome. I have asked for feedback on numerous occasions, which I never received. I invested quite a bit of time in preparing for my interview and presentation, the least I expected was to get some feedback. Looking back I'm glad they chose someone else, I wouldn't want to work with people who are so poor at communication and don't respect my work and time.
