I was one of many interviewing for this job. It was a very low stress yet highly organized environment, but with an incredible sense of professionalism. The majority of the candidates were dressed in business casual attire.

Easy and straightforward. Simple questions and kind interviewer. Excited for this opportunity. Seems to be entirely based on your own performance because there is no hourly rate. Washington apparently is great for solar because homes require more solar due to the overcast weather.
