1. 30 min technical phone screening 2. 30 min phone call with HR 3. Final panel interview where you will give a 1hr presentation followed by one on ones with each of the pannel members.

- First call was with the team lead and it was just an initial phone screen. Asked why I was interested in Blue Origin and some behavioral questions (simple). They ran through a list of things and asked if I had any experience with them (told me to just say yes or no with small explanation). -Next was a technical interview where they just asked questions about my own experiences. Know your resume. -There was another call with HR to discuss salary, benefits, location, and to schedule the panel interview. -Also, short essay on your interest in space exploration. -Panel interview for me was the 1 hour presentation with the 5 30-min interviews. It was certainly the most difficult I've done (just getting out of undergrad) but it wasn't a nightmare. Everyone was nice and there was no pressure.
