When you don't respond to candidate emails and questions, how to expect to set your candidates up for success and build a positive reputation in the industry? Very casual with Amazon type questions to their leadership principles. They seem very scripted and structured. Unprofessional and seem to have a predetermined profile to fit there. You also had to write a short essay prior to the interview. No follow up after final interviews but not surprising about reading others less than positive feedback.

Typicall process for a large compay. During the interview you typically are granted a nice look in to the offices and culture. Wide open floor plans and manufacturing floor give a good glimpse in to what you will be tasked with and how you will work if hired.
