3 rounds. First round was with a recruiter to ensure you're real and that you can have a conversation -> Second round was with hiring manager to discuss subject matter experience, and general questions about navigating situations -> Third round was a panel of 4 and required a 30 minute presentation for the panel followed by 4 individual 30 minute interviews.

Very generic questions about how you navigate difficult situations, how you influence, how you respond to certain things etc. They throw some curveballs in there to see how you act to a difficult or confusing question, nothing too crazy.
