Entrevista
Three step process, where the first interview was a HR screening question (a bit of personal and technical background), technical phone interview, followed up by on site interview. The flights to Seattle, car rental and hotel was paid for very conveniently. For on site interview, HR did a really well tour of the site, where you actually get to sit on the blue origin capsule which is pretty neat. There were five people in a small conference room where I had to display an hour long presentation of my work followed by questions. This was followed by individual interviews wit the people in the presentation room where technical details regarding the position was analyzed. Overall, a positive interview experience.

They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.

Standard industry interview process. 30 min with a recruiter, 30 min with manager, and 1 hr with a panel. The process from the first interview to an offer was quick.

1 panel interview (1 hour prepared presentation, with five 30 minute chats with each panel member)
Recieved a phone call a couple days later saying it’d take two weeks.
Two weeks came by and said it’d be another week.
About that time next week I received an email from the recruiter notifying me that I was selected.
