I applied for the Integrated Supply Chain Analyst role. After my interview, the hiring manager said that HR would update me in 1 week. No word from HR after 2 weeks. I emailed asking for an update, and they said they were trying to get in touch with the hiring manager. Overall the communications/follow up process was poor and disorganized. The interview itself was also not very good - the hiring manger made loud, audible sighs and complained about the engineering department, which revealed tensions between the IT and engineering sides of the company. Also, the posted position description seemed off upon learning about the role from the Hiring manager. The posted description content was 50% supply chain business/functional, and 50% data analytics. However, the role (from interviewing) appeared to be 10-20% supply chain, and 80-90% analytics.

Received call for an interview one week later. Initial interview was well and recruiters were kind, and they let me know the second interview would be a panel and I would be presenting a powerpoint. The interviews all went well and I was told I was going to be sent an offer, but they wanted to let me know that instead of the position being remote, I would have to be there in person. This was not specified previously and communication with the recruiters started to cut off from there until they stopped responding to any inquiries of me trying to clear up the situation.
