3 stage interview process. Starts with a business screen, followed by a sourcing round & finally stakeholder focus. Overall not too challenging, no hands on element in sourcing round. Questions were focused on volume, KPI's & stakeholder management.

I had a 30 minute phone interview where I went over my background and the types of roles that I recruited for. We went over my metrics and the goals that were set for me in my previous roles. Pretty standard interview questions.
The interview process consisted of three rounds. It was a quick and smooth process, mostly just Q&A style. Just come prepared with knowing how to explain your experience and a list of questions and you should be fine.
