I had a phone interview and it was very basic. I applied online and they got back to me in two weeks to schedule a phone interview. The interview was exactly what you would expect and I got invited back for the next round.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
