Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó más de 6 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Bloomberg (New York, NY) en ago 2013
Entrevista
I interviewed originally with a phone interview with a sales manager, then a sales rep. The process was cut short there as the position was filled and they would not be able to have me work part time (I was still in school at the time), but they told me they'd be back in touch when I graduated later that year. At that point, I had an phone chat with the head of the department, and then interview with a sales rep over the phone. I was then invited for an in person interview with a sales manager and sales rep, and then with the head of the department.
Interview with HR discussing role and how my experience as a relationship manager can translate into the role. It was fairly straightforward to learn my motivation and if i would suit the role.

Few stages starting with a telephone screen. Remain curious and personable throughout. It's worth more than knowledge. Learn a little bit about the product you're looking to sell. You'll be ok.

Challenging, grilled by two senior sales reps on several topics. No technical questions, almost only motivation. They want to make sure you're committed and mentally ready for the job and the 6-months training.
