Was recruited through LinkedIn and this is the process I went through 1. CV Review through Application form 2. HackerRank Assessment (7 Questions) 3. Interview with Entry Level Recruiter (30 mins-ish) The whole process took less than a month. Recruiters were very friendly so don't worry.

Q: Tell me about yourself. Why Engineering? What do you know about Bloomberg? And why do you wanna work here?
Friendly recruiter, just a regular behavioural phone call interview. Easy to talk to and spoke about aspirations, past projects and preferred subjects. Discussed company values, volunteering schemes what they got up to. Different departments at Bloomberg and how people are allocated.
