The interview starts with morning group discussion, we were given a material and allowed to read the material for around 15 mins, followed by group discussion. In the afternoon, I had two interviews, each lasted for around one hour.

It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products
