I went through 5 rounds of interviews for a PM role. The last conversation was April 5.
I assumed all of the feedback was good, especially since I kept getting scheduled to proceed in the recruiting process. I followed up after my last interview on April 6 and the hiring manager asked me to share my take home assignment, which I did that day. After that, they never responded. I followed up again on April 11 but still haven’t heard back.
I’m assuming that they extended an offer to another candidate, which is totally fine, but I find it extremely unprofessional that they didn’t provide even a response (much less a formal rejection with feedback on areas of improvement), especially after I spent hours interviewing/preparing for interviews.

Had a great recruiter round with plenty of useful details shared. The recruiter was helpful and informative throughout. Hope this helps others preparing for similar interviews and recruiter conversations ahead.
Had an initial screening call, then an interview with the hiring manager, then an interview with a product manager who quizzed based on SME knowledge of accounting charts. Then another interview with a business head.

the recruiter conducted phone screening and was happy to continue to the hiring manager; then disappeared for a month; then appeared again and promised to schedule the hiring manager and then ghosted again; without any explanation.
