Overall process is stringent and long but it is handled very professionally and in a systematic manner. If you succeed to the subsequent rounds, the process is quite fast. I received the outcome in less than 1 month. It is difficult in the sense that the competition is fierce. But overall good experience.

Interview process was pleasant up till the final round, which was the manager round. HR and team leader were friendly, and interviews were professional.
The manager who was in charge of interviewing seemed bored and seemingly not interested at all throughout the 1hour interview. The manager started yawning 5 minutes into the interview, and also several times throughout the interview.
Based on her reactions, I had a feeling that the manager was not interested in my responses, but just going through the motions. In addition, she does not seem to accept other opinions, correcting me based on my responses. Overall, bad experience in the final round.
Wasn’t offered a position in the end, but was also kind of relieved because of several bad reviews I read about the role on Glassdoor. Based on the reviews and from the information given by HR, the role was more of a copy+paste role instead of a data analyst role. The HR explicitly told me that main job function would be to source data online and paste it into the system.
