an hr person called me. it was nice, a quick one! only 15mn I think. the lady had a nice British accent. I thought they may use the HR in NY to call me but they Called me from Britain anyway she asked me about my understanding of the position, I told her what I thought it was. Then the question was about my professional experience, what I learned and what 2 main skills I can use for the Job. My answer was how to analyze an issue or Raw data and synthesize it in a clear and precise explanation or answer to the problem. the second one is how to manage relationship with people in order to understand what they want, get the informations you need to do it but also be able to see what's may no be obvious for them but needed to actually improve a process for example. the next question was about my understanding of Finance, she told me consider that she don t know anything about it and explain to her the difference between Equity and Bond
