Online questionnaire and reasoning test (numeracy and literacy) very similar to other online recruitment tests > Recorded Video interview with 4 questions that varied from a pool with 2-3 minutes to read the questions and then 3 minutes to speak a response > Video Interview with hiring manager and another manage > In office interview with regional manager / APAC manager

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
